The food is delicious. Unfortunately the waiting time was very long. From the order to the starter it was 1 hour and 10 minutes. The main course came 1:40 min later. Except for the very long wait, it was very good.

Today we were again very satisfied with Saskia and Michael with delicious food and good drinks. We would love to come back!

Nice, small, cozy Greek restaurant with atmosphere

A small, hidden Greek restaurant. We had reserved a table and were quickly given the small menu by the friendly, but very stressed-out boss. If everything is freshly prepared, I have nothing against a small card, on the contrary. All classic Greek dishes. Although the restaurant was only moderately visited, it took 45 minutes for us to get our food. The eatery also offers takeaway food, the phone kept ringing with new orders and I felt that these orders were being brought forward. It would have been easy to serve some bread and tatziki beforehand. We got it for dinner, even though we hadn't ordered it. Neatly arranged, good portions. Unfortunately, both gyros and souvlaki were completely dry. Tasty, but completely dry. The skewer was so dry that I didn't want to eat it and complained at the end. As compensation, I was offered an espresso, my companion was not offered any, very rude. There are better Greek restaurants within 500 m. Complement to Corona times: The landlady was very concerned about disinfection. Guests were asked to go to the table or through the restaurant wearing a face mask. I do not know why regular guests did not have to do this, moved around the restaurant several times without a mask and were allowed to use the sanitary facilities without protection, and were also able to talk to the landlady.

A very nice restaurant, they have very good food and drinks. The beer comes from its own production. I can only recommend it to everyone.

In search of a good Greek restaurant we came across the Café Klosterpforte. Admittedly, the name initially confuses because you do not look for a Greek restaurant under the name Café. The visit was well worth it! The appetizer plate for 2 people was excellent and knew to surprise, since there were also appetizers, which differed from the other restaurants. In any case, our tip! The card is small, but fine! A true plus point is the ambience of the cloister gate: very cozy and charming. The service was very attentive and polite. A really successful evening! Come back here very happy!

I go to Café Klosterpforte regularly and very much like to eat. The dishes are very good and inexpensive. The service is always friendly and I don't have to wait long. I can recommend without reservation!

Smaller Greek restaurant with a nice ambience, in keeping with the name. The card is not large, but not as small as some reviews might suggest. There is a good selection of starters. The often mentioned plate with cold and warm starters is recommended and very rich. There are actually not many main courses on the normal menu, but there is an interesting daily menu and dishes on a board. The service is friendly. The wait was okay. Prices are reasonable. Overall, a clear recommendation.
